About Us

The corporation is a Texas nonprofit corporation and shall have all of the powers, duties, authorizations and responsibilities as provided in the Texas Business Organization Code (TBOC) that are applicable to nonprofit corporations.

Purpose

The primary missions of the corporation are connecting Indonesian Diaspora living in the USA and the Americas Regions, assisting on matters of settling, and hosting and sponsoring events, to celebrate the Indonesian culinary, social and culture, students, tourism, businesses, and technologies.
